Evidence-informedprioritization and planning
ISE’s Reform Sequencing Tracker (RST) is an ambitious endeavor to codify the sequence of planned reforms for countries at pivotal moments. This portal allows users to interact with the RST database across a number of different countries and dimensions, viewing overall end reform sequences, comparing reform pathways in different countries or crises and viewing the reform details across country priorities.
Reform focus across phases
Ribbon width = number of reform actions for each function of state. Bands are ranked within each phase (most active at top); ribbons connect the same function across phases, so a widening ribbon means a function gains share later in the sequence, a narrowing one means it front-loads early.
